Emma Moon
Emma is a student intern currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Sport and Performance Psychology, with a specialization in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Alongside her internship work, she serves as an adjunct faculty member at Gonzaga University, engaging with students on topics and dimensions related to health and wellness.
Emma brings substantial experience working with collegiate athletes and in life skills development, helping student‐athletes navigate the unique pressures, transitions, and expectations that come with high-level performance. As she advances in her training, she is eager to deepen her knowledge and skills within the mental health setting, supporting clients through life’s challenges and collaborating with them to enhance their well-being and achieve their full potential.
Her particular interests center on supporting adolescents and young adults in coping with issues such as anxiety, depression, and stress management, utilizing approaches rooted in compassion, evidence-based practice, and holistic growth.
